You’ll be guided through a powerful blend of feminine embodiment, somatic healing, and soulful adventure, reconnecting to the truth of who you are in a place that naturally awakens the spirit.

• 5 days and 4 nights in a beautiful Sedona estate, nestled in the red rocks
• Optional morning meditation to start each day grounded and centered
• Potent healing ceremonies, including sound bath, sweat lodge, cacao, and other sacred practices
• Daily breakfast bar, two private chef-prepared dinners, plus nourishing lunches and snacks
• Sacred land experiences, visiting powerful vortexes and sacred sites
• Gorgeous hikes through Sedona’s red rock trails and hidden gems

• Guided somatic practices to thread together your Sedona experience with meaning and depth
• Restful integration time for journaling, soaking in the land, or connecting in sisterhood

Retreat Host

Casey Potetz is an acupuncturist, somatic healer, and retreat facilitator devoted to guiding women into deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and their spiritual path. With a background in acupuncture, Taoist Medicine, and feminine embodiment, she weaves together somatic healing, meditation, and guided inner work to create experiences that are both grounding and transformative.

Casey curates each retreat with deep reverence for the land and its original stewards, inviting participants to experience the healing power of Sedona’s sacred landscapes and customs, not just through her own healing practices, but through direct connection with the land itself.

Tucked in the heart of Sedona, just a short walk from town, our luxury private estate holds the energy of expansion and deep rest. With glowing red rock views and top-tier amenities, this home is designed to support your healing.

Retreat and reflect in thoughtful relaxation spaces and gather in the home's expansive communal areas. Together, we'll soak in the over-sized hot tub, circle around the fire, and share meals as the sun sets over our gorgeous vista. 

Under the open Sedona sky, we'll experience the gift of slowing down.
