And Casey loves doing exactly that! In addition to her private acupuncture practice, she has been hosting over 80 workshops and healing retreats each year, in-person and online, using guided meditation as the backbone of her thriving practice.
Casey has a passion and a talent for helping her clients self-heal through a combination of nervous system regulation and inner work, and she is excited to support you as a practitioner in your personal mission to guide others into deep states of calm, peace, and powerful healing.

"I was blown away with Casey's meditation teacher certification course! It was exactly what I was looking for to learn about meditation, the different styles, the benefits, how to conduct a meditation and so much more!! I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from such an extremely knowledgeable and amazing teacher, and I highly recommend this certification if you are new to meditation or if you want to continue to build your practice! Casey's energy is just so loving, so positive, so energetic, and so inviting!! Thank you again Casey for your expertise in this area and for making the world a better place!"
- Roseanne Cantasani

"My biggest takeaway is how to explain meditation simply and clearly so that my students are not overwhelmed, but excited to practice. I also loved that the partner work and group circle pushed me to practice and gain confidence in what I was learning."
- Lisa Oren, LCSW

"During this course I experienced teaching meditation for the first time ever to someone else, and I really, really, truly enjoyed this experience! I'm actually really surprised at how much I enjoyed it! And, at how peaceful and relaxing it is even when you are teaching. The course was amazing, very informative, a fun, engaging, positive class. You can tell Casey brought so much life and light to that experience! I am truly, truly, thankful to have learned from you, Casey! Thank you!"
