Membership Rules

• We are respectful of each other regardless of opinions or differences.
• No advertising or soliciting.
• No medical advice. Please make suggestions generally and based on your own experience.
• No sharing of content owned by The Self-Healing Sisterhood without permission.
• Absolutely no sharing of group member's personal data or health information.
• Follow additional rules stated in calls and in the member's forum.
• Member's must uphold a high standard of character and values of compassion, sisterhood, and respect. Any member two displays behavior against these values will be removed from the group without warning.

 Service Terms

• By submitting payment above, I agree to the monthly membership fee. Membership rate for founding members is $27/month, billed on a monthly recurring basis. No additional fees or taxes. A credit or debit card will be kept on file for this recurring charge. In the event that a credit card is declined, it is the member's responsibility to provide updated credit card information. Any lapse in monthly payments must be made current before continuing on with monthly membership. Failure to update a declined card will result in membership cancellation. Cancellation procedure and reinstatement fees will apply.
• 3-Month Membership Requirement. A 3-month membership commitment is required for all new members. New members may not cancel before the initial 3-month period ends.
• Cancellations. Membership is on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled at any time, without a fee, after the initial three-month period. Cancellations requested 15 days or more before renewal date will go into effect in the next billing cycle. To cancel your membership, email [email protected] with the subject title: SHS Membership Cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for any recurring membership fees.
  
• Reinstatement. You may reinstate your membership after cancellation, however, the membership rate increases each time a new round of members enter the program. By cancelling your membership, you agree to forfeit the original offer made to you. Only former members who remain in good standing with The Self-Healing Sisterhood may be reinstated to the membership program.

Waiver of Liability. 

• I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from Casey Potetz are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Casey Potetz is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional in The Self-Healing Sisterhood Membership Program or any other virtual platforms including email, web calls, phone calls, direct messages, and social platforms.
• I state that I am under the direct care of a medical physician in my state.
• I understand that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry and that Casey Potetz releases medical liability when working with me as a Health Coach. 
• I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being, choices, and decisions during my enrollment in The Self-Healing Sisterhood.
• I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
• I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Casey Potetz are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Casey Potetz to assist me in achieving such goals.
• I understand that to the extent our work together may involve career or business, Casey Potetz is not promising outcomes included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability, and/or business success.
• I understand that Casey Potetz will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse, or neglect, or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if Casey Potetz is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.
• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom and other technology.
• I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Casey Potetz, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Casey Potetz as a result of the advice given by Casey Potetz or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
